This fine quality 18th Century figured walnut chest of drawers has been historically restored to a good standard and features attractive burr walnut veneers on a solid oak structure. It is both strong and heavy.
Condition:
- No loose joints; the drawers slide freely.
- In very good antique condition, with historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs, and alterations, as expected with functional antique furniture.
- There are no keys, and the locks are consequently untested.
- Some historic extinct woodworm holes, which we have treated for good measure.
